TAVtl <br />Colorado Attorney General Ken Salazar released a copy of #" <br />Special Master Arthur Littleworth's findings on Wed- , <br />nesday.°t° <br />Littleworth proposed that the U.S. Supreme Court award <br />Kansas not only $9 million in damages on the present -day <br />value of farm irrigation losses caused by water depletions <br />at the state line, but also a yet- unspecified amount in <br />prejudgment interest. <br />He did not say how much, although prejudgment interest <br />might top another $31 million.
