This IGA shall remain in effect until all undertakings identified herein are <br />completed or until any remaining undertakings are prevented by the United States or terminated <br />by subsequent written agreement of the parties hereto. <br />B. Notices. Any notice, demands or other communications required or desired to be <br />given under any provision of this IGA shall be given in writing, delivered personally or sent by <br />certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage pre -paid, addressed as follows: <br />To Southeastern: <br />General Manager <br />Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />31717 United Avenue <br />Pueblo, Colorado 81001 <br />To Aurora: <br />Director of Utilities <br />1470 South Havana Street <br />Suite 400 <br />Aurora, Colorado 80012 <br />or at any other such address; as either party may her��hereafter, from time to time, <br />designate by written notice to the other party given in accordance with this paragraph. Notice <br />shall be effective upon receipt. <br />C. Headings for Convenience Only. Paragraph headings and titles contained in this <br />IGA are intended for convenience and reference only and are not intended to define, limit, or <br />describe the scope or intent of any provision of this IGA. <br />
