DRAFT - 9/26/01 <br />SECWCD - AURORA IGA <br />appropriate legislation to provide the necessary authority <br />for Aurora to use Fry -Ark Project facilities consistent with <br />this IGA, as part of H.R. 1714 or companion or successor <br />legislation. <br />ii. Southeastern shall provide to Aurora all estimates and <br />accounting reasonably necessary to facilitate the payments <br />referred to in Part IV.D. of this IGA. <br />iii. Southeastern shall be responsible for administering the <br />Winter Water Spill Credit and WWSC Surcharges as set <br />forth in the Implementation Committee Report and in this <br />IGA. <br />iv. Southeastern shall be responsible for facilitating the <br />definition, implementation, and administration of the flow <br />management program below Pueblo Dam as outlined in the <br />Implementation Committee Report, with the advice of the <br />Storage Implementation Committee and in consultation <br />with Aurora.
