<br />May 20, 2004
<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Colorado Water Activity Enterprise
<br />(SECWAE) was held on Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 9:38 a.m., at the District office, 31717 United Avenue,
<br />Pueblo, Colorado.
<br />President Everett announced a quorum was present.

<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
<br />President Everett asked if the members of the Board had received their copy of the minutes of April 15,
<br />2004, and whether there were any corrections or additions. Hearing none, Mr. Schrader moved, seconded
<br />by Mr. Aschermann, to approve the minutes. Motion unanimously carried.
<br />FINANCIAL REPORT:
<br />Treasurer Simpson reported that the financial report for the month of April for the Enterprise was mailed to
<br />the Board. Mr. Simpson moved for the approval of the financial report for April and payment of the May
<br />bills, seconded by Mr. Schrader. Motion unanimously carried.
<br />ARKANSAS VALLEY CONDUIT REPORT:
<br />Mr. Reynolds reported there have been no meetings held during the past month, but several things have
<br />been in the works. There is a Conduit meeting scheduled for May 25 at 1:00 p.m. at the District office.
