<br />of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Colorado Water Activity Enterprise
<br />(SECWAE) was held on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at 9:35 a.m., at the District office, 31717 United Avenue,
<br />Pueblo, Colorado.
