Torres said the commissioners are planning a public forum, possibly <br />the week of Aug. 22, to get feedback before a final ballot issue draft is <br />presented. <br />Torres was succinct about where he stands on the hospital issue. "If we lose <br />this hospital, we lose our whole future in this community. We would lose any <br />future businesses that would want to come here.
