He also has <br />worked for Reclamation in Montana and Colorado in various positions related to natural resource <br />management and water and hydroelectric power operations and maintenance. <br />President Stealey recessed the meeting at 11:50 a.m., and reconvened at 12:25 p.m. <br />BOARD MEMBER DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS: <br />Lee Miller introduced attorney Ed Icenogle, who gave a presentation to the Board on duties and <br />obligations of Board members.
