Discussion of plans for the March 15 Public Workshop. Peter Evans, Eddie Kochman, Doug Robotham and Paul Frohardt have developed the following list of possible agenda topics: 1. Q 1 YE je.� --mot 1 ^+- �..�'f•J. -c- We discussed the desirability of using the Public Workshop both to provide information on topics such as these to the public and also to obtain public input and feedback regarding these topics. Further thought needs to be given to how the latter can best be accomplished. Public comment and question opportunities may be appropriate, but may limit the perspectives offered to those wishing to speak at a microphone. Facilitated small groups sessions on specific topics may generate a broader cross - section of feedback, but are time - consuming and create additional logistical challenges. Other details that need to be resolved include (1) the location of the workshop, (2) whether there should be outside facilitation, (3) how -the workshop will be funded, and (4) what opportunity will be provided for informal interaction among the Board and Commission members. C. Discussion of options for further coordination of DNR and CDPHE watershed initiative activities.
