At a minimum 51 <br />percent will be allocated <br />to municipal and domes- <br />tic use. Divided as fol- <br />lows: <br />• Fountain Valley Pipe- <br />line no less than 25 <br />percent <br />• East of Pueblo; no <br />less than 12 percent <br />• Pueblo, no less than <br />10 percent <br />• West of Pueblo no <br />less than four percent <br />Agriculture will be allo- <br />cated the remaining 49 <br />percent. <br />
