PREFERRED STORAGE OPTIONS PLAN (PSOP) <br />Implementation Committee Meeting <br />Minutes — March 14, 2006 <br />Southeastern Board Member and PSOP Implementation Committee Chairman Harold <br />Miskel called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. at the Southeaster District office. <br />Chairman Miskel thanked all in attendance and asked for introductions around the room. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />PSOP Implementation Committee members present: Chairman"�Iarold Miskel, Vice <br />Chairman Howard "Bub" Miller, Gibson Hazard, Denzel Goodwin, Vera Ortegon, Reed <br />Dils, Jim Broderick, and Phil Reynolds, Southeastern Colora;Jater Conservancy <br />District ( SECWCD). Other SECWCD Board memberg resent 9' .R. Stealey and Carl <br />McClure. Hearing none, Mr. Harrison <br />approve the rutes as presented, and was seconded by Mr. Stealey. Motion <br />passed <br />PSOP IMPLEMEI1.AION COMMITTEE REPORT REVIEW <br />Lee Miller began wit PowerPoint presentation titled PSOP 17nplementation Committee <br />Report dated April 1, 2001. <br />He reviewed the following points: <br />Background and Summary of PSOP <br />Section 2 — Re- operation Storage <br />Limitations and Obligation Under Re- operations Contracts <br />Winter Water Spill Credit <br />Funding the Winter Water Spill Credit <br />Section 3 — Enlargements <br />a Section 4 — Enterprise Water Management Space (EWMS) <br />Priorities for the use of EWMS <br />
