Salazar has asked for the District's <br />input on the following questions. <br />1. What is working with the Endangered Species Act? <br />2. What needs to be preserved in the existing ESA legislation? <br />3. What are the most egregious problems with the ESA (are they legislative or <br />administrative)? <br />4. What are your priorities for ESA legislative reform (mindful that overreaching has gotten <br />us nowhere to date)? <br />5. What are the specific problems or successes you and your agency have had with ESA that <br />illuminate your answers to the questions above? <br />Mr. Lee Miller will be working with District staff to provide a response no later than August 31, <br />as requested by Rep. Salazar's office. <br />OTHER BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Broderick said that the Board was provided a cooler, which Fry -Ark tour participants <br />received, and a polo shirt with the District logo on it. <br />President Stealey asked if there were any other matters to come before the meeting, and hearing <br />none, adjourned the meeting at 12:21 p.m. <br />Toni Gonzales <br />Administrative Manager <br />Secretary <br />
