This document represents over 2 years of effort by Recovery <br />Program participants to reach consensus on Section 7 consultation issues and <br />to outline necessary actions to recover the endangered fishes in the Upper <br />Basin. The-document was adopted by consensus of the Management Committee on <br />October 15, 1993. (The Management Committee was given authority by the <br />Implementation Committee to approve the document.) <br />The Management Committee met on October 15, 1993, to address comments received <br />on the September 3, 1993, draft of this document. The Management Committee <br />addressed all of the comments they considered appropriate at the time, and <br />deferred remaining comments until the next revision of the.RIPRAP, which will <br />occur in February 1994. <br />If you have comments on the final RIPRAP, please submit them to me or to a <br />Management Committee representative. I will maintain an open file for RIPRAP <br />comments in my office.
