Lie. z. a <br />TO: Management Committee <br />FROM: Sue Uppendahl, Chair, Water Acquisition Commiittee ,,� <br />S'UB,WEC'1': Water Acquisition Committee Activities, Goals and Objectives for FY 1994 <br />DATE: November 23, 1993 <br />For the FY 1994 period,. the Water Acquisition Committee plans to be involved in a number <br />activities towards accomplishing tasks identified in the RIPRAP. In summarizing the status of <br />these activities and objectives, listed and briefly described below are those elements for which <br />the WAC is -responsible, or anticipates involvement in: <br />1) _ Water Acquisition committee Work plan <br />2) FY 1994 Projects <br />3) Issues Facing the WAC <br />a) Dry UP of agricultural land, <br />b) Coordination of re- operation of private reservoir <br />G) Filing for return flows in the 15 mile Reach <br />4) Consultant for Assisting the CWCB <br />Water Ar4milition Qo1ni-nittee Work pin - To best accommodate the water acquisition- related <br />Portions of the Recovery Implementation Program Recovery Action Flan (PIPRAP), a Work <br />plan is being developed to track and monitor the ongoing projects and sufficient progress of the <br />Water Acquisition Committee's efforts and studies, The plan will also outline the mission and <br />responsibilities of the Water Acquisition Committee. It is intended that this plan will provide <br />the Management Committee with various progress reports and status updates throughout the year <br />as described to demonstrate where progress is being made, and where improvements are <br />necessary as well. This Work Flan will be provided to the Management Committee in late <br />December, 199x. <br />
