Liability for injury, loss, or damage, including fire suppression <br />costs, in excess of the specified maximum, shall be determined by <br />the laws governing ordinary negligence. <br />31. The Grantee shall indemnify the United States against any liability <br />for damage to life or property arising from the Grantee's authorized <br />occupancy or use. <br />32.
