That the said Application was filed on January 28, <br />2. That the Water Clerk caused publication of such <br />filing as provided by statute; that the time for filing <br />Statements of Opposition expired on the last day of March, <br />1980, and that none has been filed. <br />3. That said Application requests a Change Of Water <br />Right in order to conform conditionally decreed features to <br />the same features as actually constructed, or "as built ". <br />4. That the changes herein applied for do not increase <br />the total conditionally decreed water diverted by the Fryingpan- <br />Arkansas Project, nor do they increase the size and /or the <br />capacity of any structure previously decreed.
