s • <br />pproval and filing. <br />K. i pon completion of the PROJECT construction, the BORROWER shall arrange a final <br />i sDection for the CWCB staff. <br />L. The BORROWER shall pay all of the expenses related to the PROJECT when such bills <br />are due. <br />710t9 — ELIGIBLE EXPENSES. The following items are eligible for loan disbursements. <br />A. reparing final designs and specifications for the PROJECT. <br />B. reparing bid and construction contract documents. <br />C. 3reparing environmental assessment or environmental impact statements, and <br />therwise complying with the Federal National Environmental Policy Act. <br />D. omplying with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including the <br />btaining of all required permits. <br />E. ish and wildlife mitigation measures required by federal, state, or local laws and <br />eaulations. <br />F. kctual construction as called for in the design documents and in change orders <br />pproved by the CWCB and the BORROWER. <br />G. ngineering services for construction management, including design and <br />nstruction management for CWCB- approved change orders. <br />H. nterest during completion of the PROJECT pursuant to Paragraph A.4 of the <br />I. -egal services for reviewing engineering services contracts, reviewing this Contract, <br />eviewing construction contract documents, and for complying with all federal, state, <br />nd local regulatory requirements. <br />M. ROJECT- related expenses incurred prior to the Effective Date of this contract in <br />ccordance with the approval of this loan. <br />10 — DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE <br />For Project costs: The BORROWER shall prepare a periodic progress report which <br />=tains a statement of the PROJECT costs expended for that period and shall <br />orward said statement to the CWCB. After receipt of the periodic progress report <br />rom the BORROWER, and review and acceptance of the items therein as eligible <br />;xpenses as described below, the CWCB will pay to the BORROWER the amount set <br />orth in the report or such portion that has been approved by the CWCB.
