Al White (R- Winter Park) <br />RECREATIONAL Notice is hereby given that the Colorado Water Conservation Board has posted <br />IN- CHANNEL draft Recreational In- Channel Diversion rules on its website <br />DIVERSION www.cwcb.state.co.us. Copies of the rules may also be obtained by contacting <br />RULES Norene Chambers at (303) 866 -3441 Ext. 303. <br />The CWCB will accept written comments about the proposed rules through September 14, 2001. Written <br />comments should be submitted to: Colorado Water Conservation Board, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 721, <br />Denver, CO 80203. <br />In addition, the Colorado Water Conservation Board will hold a series of informal public meetings to discuss <br />the proposed rules. The dates and locations of these public meetings are as follows: <br />September 24/25 Cortez (in conjunction with the CWCB meeting) <br />More information about the above location of this meeting will be posted on the CWCB website as information <br />becomes available. <br />PEOPLE ON THE Tony Frank has replaced Judson Harper as Vice President for <br />MOVE Research and Information Technology at Colorado State <br />University — Montgomery Watson has announced the additions of <br />Peter D. Binney, P.E., Robert M. Nelson, P.E., Perry J. Holland, <br />and Jason G. Jager to their staff — Montgomery Watson and Harza have joined forces to become MWH — Kent <br />Lebsack has departed the Colorado Cattlemen's Association as Executive Vice President — Linda Bell has left <br />the Joint Budget Committee staff for a new marriage (Linda was also with the Office of Legislative Legal <br />Services for many years) — Felix "Larry' Sparks was recently honored in both the Denver Post and Denver <br />Rocky Mountain News for his distinguished service with the 157`h Infantry; specifically the Colorado National <br />Guard dedicated its Centennial Armory in General Sparks name. <br />Water Intelligence Report <br />
