procedures on water resources reports nd Public Law 85 -624 pertaining
to fish and wildlife, I am inclosing a copy of my proposed report,
together with other pertinent papers, on Bear Creek Basin, South Platte
River and Tributaries, Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.
