7. <br />It is understood that all the normal work and /or materials required to complete the <br />Smelter Pipeline Reservoir are included in the unit or lump sum prices quoted in <br />this Bid Schedule. <br />Unit Price work has been computed in accordance with Paragraph 11.03.6 of the <br />General Conditions; except, Contractor's Unit Prices are not subject to increase. <br />Bidder acknowledges that estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and are <br />solely for the purpose of comparison of Bids, and final payment for all Unit Price <br />Bid items will be based on actual quantities, determined as provided in the <br />Contact Documents. <br />6.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 200 calendar <br />days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run, as provided in <br />paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for <br />final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07.B of the General Conditions <br />within 230 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to <br />run. <br />a. PHASE 1 - Bidder agrees that substantial completion of the following <br />work items will be completed within 75 days after the date when the <br />Contract Time commences to run <br />1. Excavation and subgrade preparation for geomembrane liner <br />2. Installation of precipitation relief structure <br />3. Installation of discharge piping, new outlet structure, and metering <br />pit. <br />b. PHASE 2 - Bidder agrees that all remaining work items will be <br />substantially completed within 200 calendar days after the date when <br />the Contract Time commences to run. <br />These contract times include no allowance for adverse weather days. <br />6.02 The Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages in <br />the event of failure to complete the Work within the Contract Times. <br />The following documents are attached to and made a condition of this bid: <br />A. Required Bid Security in the form of i� t ►� <br />B. As required, a list of Project References <br />C. As required, the BIDDER'S Qualification Statement with supporting data <br />D. List of Subcontractors, Including Residency <br />E. List of Propposed Equipment.
