OIV <br />The Proposed Action Alternative would have no effect on water supply to the Upper Division <br />States of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. There is a very small probability (1 <br />percent) that the Proposed Action Alternative could reduce surplus deliveries to the Lower <br />Division States of Arizona, California, and Nevada. Model simulations showed the Proposed <br />Action Alternative would not increase the frequency or magnitude of future water shortages to <br />the Lower Division tates. e roposed Action Alternative woul have no effect on water <br />e iveries to Mexico. e Proposed Action Alternative would have no effect on water rights and <br />water use by Colorado River Indian Tribes. It was determined that the Proposed Action <br />Alternative would have no effect on special status species in the affected environment. The <br />Proposed Action Alternative could result in some short-term impacts to recreation resources at <br />Lake Mead. <br />vi <br />
