Continue to establish a dialog and open new lines of <br />communication and coordination concerning Colorado and COS issues <br />regarding the management and operation of the Tri -Lakes projects. <br />b. Provide an opportunity for Colorado and COE to vocalize <br />their perspective, issues, and concerns related to the various <br />efforts and processes which the COE is undertaking and has <br />available and--provide the COE with the opportunity to utilize the <br />extensive expertise and insight of various Colorado agencies. <br />c. Determine which issues can-(and will) be addressed in: <br />1) Water Control Manual Updates <br />2 ) Chatfield Master Plan <br />3) NEPA processes and Section 7 consultation <br />4) Reallocation Process. <br />5) Section 1135, Section 22, etc. <br />Recognize that there are many inter - relationships between <br />the oiirrP.nh efforts and other long term efforts. However, <br />details of issues and concerns can best be explored within each <br />individual process framework. <br />
