Defendants, by the Attorney General for the State of Colorado, request an enlargement of time in which to file an answer brief in response to the opening briefs filed on behalf of the plaintiff members of the Colorado Federation of Public Employees (CFPE) and by the pro se plaintiffs and as grounds therefor, state as follows: 1. This matter consists of three consolidated judicial review actions involving. members of two different employee organizations and one group of employees appearing pro se. 2. Plaintiff members of CFPE filed their opening brief on or about November 2, 1998. 3. Defendants' brief in response to the CFPE plaintiffs' brief is due no later than December 7, 1998. 4. The group of pro se plaintiffs filed their opening brief on or about November 18, 1998. Defendants' corresponding answer brief is due by December 21, 1998. The plaintiffs represented by the Colorado Association of Public Employees (CAPE) have until December 4, 1998 in which to file their opening brief. 5. Defendants' counsel contacted counsel for the CFPE plaintiffs, who has no objection to this motion. Defendants' counsel also advised the office of counsel for the
