DISTRICT COURT, CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, COLORADO <br />Case No. 98CV6048, Courtroom 4 <br />ORDER <br />ILLIAN, et. al, <br />Plaintiffs, <br />V. <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL, et. al, <br />Defendants. <br />THIS MATTER, having come before the court upon the Defendants' Motion for <br />Exclusion from the Requirements of C.R.C.P 16 and Request for Briefing Schedule, the <br />Court being fully apprised in the premises, <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br />1. This action in the nature of judicial review is excluded from the requirements of <br />C.R.C.P. 16. <br />2. The administrative record shall be transferred to this court on or before July 31, <br />1998 <br />- - 3. The following briefing schedule is set: <br />a. The Plaintiffs shall serve and file an opening brief within forty (40) days <br />after service of notice by the Department of Personnel of the transfer of the administrative <br />record to this court. <br />b. The Defendants shall serve and file the answer brief within thirty (30) days <br />after service of the opening brief. <br />c. The Plaintiffs shall serve and file a reply brief within fourteen (14) days after <br />service of the answer brief. <br />
