RULING AND .I3ECREE <br />1, The foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are fully incorporated into <br />this Ruling and Decree by this reference. <br />2. The water rights for the structures constituting the Boating Parks are hereby decreed <br />in the amounts as set forth in paragraph 9 above, and subject to the conditions herein. <br />3, An Application for Finding of Reasonable Diligence shall be filed on or before. <br />2012, and thereafter in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of <br />Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes, so long; as the County desires to Inaintain those water <br />rights decreed conditional herein (Structure Nos. 2-4 in the 6.V, Park), or until those rights are <br />made absolute. <br />It is ORDiERED-that a copy of this Decree shall be filed with the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division No. 2 and -with the State Engineer. <br />Dated this _�L clay of(2 &- � ,,2006. <br />BY THE COURT: <br />Dennis Maes, Water Judge <br />Water Division No, 2 <br />12 <br />
