w • <br />Level One Flows, for passage of recreational watercraft <br />Month <br />Flow cfs <br />May <br />100; Conditional <br />June <br />100; Conditional <br />July <br />100; Conditional <br />August <br />100; Conditional <br />September <br />100; Conditional <br />Level Two Flows, for use of water features created by <br />the structures for recreational kayaking and related <br />activities <br />Holiday <br />Flow cfs <br />Memorial Day <br />600; Conditional <br />Independence Day <br />600; Conditional <br />Labor Day <br />600; Conditional <br />The claimed flows are for between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for both Level One and <br />Level Two Flows. Level Two Flows are claimed for up to four days per weekend, depending on <br />national holidays, and being no longer than Friday to Monday of each holiday. Applicant has <br />determined that the amounts claimed are the minimum amounts necessary to provide a <br />reasonable recreational experience during each of the above time periods, taking into <br />consideration other current and potential demands on the water supply. <br />7. Beneficial Uses: All recreational uses in and on the Blue River in connection with the <br />Blue River Whitewater Park, including, without limitation, boating, kayaking, tubing, rafting, <br />floating, canoeing and general recreational uses. <br />8. Name(s) and address(es) of owner(s) upon which any structure is or will be located, <br />upon which water is or will be stored, or upon which water is or will be placed to beneficial <br />use. Applicant owns or controls the land or right -of -way on which all structures described in <br />this application are located. <br />9. Remarks: This application is made pursuant to C.R.S. § §37 -92- 103(4), (7) and (10.3) <br />and C.R.S. §37- 92- 305(9)(b). The Town of Silverthorne is a municipality incorporated in the <br />State of Colorado. Pursuant to C.R.S. §37- 92- 102(5) within 30 days of filing this application, <br />Applicant will submit a copy of the application to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />( "CWCB ") for review. <br />Respectfully submitted this 27`h day of December, 2004. <br />HILL & ROBBINS, P.C. <br />3 <br />
