After brief introductory matters, Pueblo will present its
case.

Public comments.
1:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m.
Continuation of case presentation by Pueblo.
6:00 p.m. -6:30 p.m.
Public comments.
6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
Completion of case presentation by Pueblo. Note that the
total time allowed for Pueblo's presentation shall be 8
hours, exclusive of breaks.
7:30 p.m. -9:30 p.m.
Consolidated case presentation by Objectors City of
Fountain, Rocky Ford Ditch Seller's Group, Southeastern
Colorado Water Conservancy District, Board of Water
Works of Pueblo, Colorado Springs acting by and through
Colorado Springs Utilities, Colorado River Water
Conservation District, and City of Aurora (collectively
"Objector group ").

Continuation and completion of consolidated case
presentation by Objector group. Note that the total time
allowed for the Objector group's presentation shall be 4
hours, exclusive of breaks. The Objector group may
request the CWCB to allow them additional time for case
presentation if the Objector group believes such additional
time is warranted as a result of Pueblo's presentation.
9:45 a.m. -10:00 a.m.
Trout Unlimited's case presentation.
10:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m.
Pueblo closing statement
10:30 -11:00 a.m.
CWCB Staff's statement.

CWCB deliberations begin.
With the exception of the
public comment sessions, which will occur as close as possible
to the scheduled times, this
proposed schedule may vary slightly at the CWCB's
discretion to provide for breaks and to accommodate reasonable changes in
circumstances.
5. Cross - examination. There will be no cross - examination of witnesses. Any Party
may request the CWCB Chairman to direct questions to particular witnesses or other
Party representatives, either in writing prior to the commencement of the hearing or
orally in the course of the requesting Party's (including the Objector group's)
presentation, and the CWCB Chairman may ask such questions in his discretion. At their
