4. Hearing Agenda. <br />The Hearing Coordinator recommends the following hearing <br />agenda to the CWCB: <br />Monday, July 22, 2002 <br />10:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m. <br />After brief introductory matters, Pueblo will present its <br />case. <br />12:30 p.m. -1:00 p.m. <br />Public comments. <br />1:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. <br />Continuation of case presentation by Pueblo. <br />6:00 p.m. -6:30 p.m. <br />Public comments. <br />6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. <br />Completion of case presentation by Pueblo. Note that the <br />total time allowed for Pueblo's presentation shall be 8 <br />hours, exclusive of breaks. <br />7:30 p.m. -9:30 p.m. <br />Consolidated case presentation by Objectors City of <br />Fountain, Rocky Ford Ditch Seller's Group, Southeastern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District, Board of Water <br />Works of Pueblo, Colorado Springs acting by and through <br />Colorado Springs Utilities, Colorado River Water <br />Conservation District, and City of Aurora (collectively <br />"Objector group "). <br />Tuesday, July 23, 2002 <br />7:30 a.m. -9:45 a.m. <br />Continuation and completion of consolidated case <br />presentation by Objector group. Note that the total time <br />allowed for the Objector group's presentation shall be 4 <br />hours, exclusive of breaks. The Objector group may <br />request the CWCB to allow them additional time for case <br />presentation if the Objector group believes such additional <br />time is warranted as a result of Pueblo's presentation. <br />9:45 a.m. -10:00 a.m. <br />Trout Unlimited's case presentation. <br />10:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m. <br />Pueblo closing statement <br />10:30 -11:00 a.m. <br />CWCB Staff's statement. <br />11:00 a.m. <br />CWCB deliberations begin. <br />With the exception of the <br />public comment sessions, which will occur as close as possible <br />to the scheduled times, this <br />proposed schedule may vary slightly at the CWCB's <br />discretion to provide for breaks and to accommodate reasonable changes in <br />circumstances. <br />5. Cross - examination. There will be no cross - examination of witnesses. Any Party <br />may request the CWCB Chairman to direct questions to particular witnesses or other <br />Party representatives, either in writing prior to the commencement of the hearing or <br />orally in the course of the requesting Party's (including the Objector group's) <br />presentation, and the CWCB Chairman may ask such questions in his discretion.
