You have cut an
hour of time out of the Objectors' Presentation. Objectors have over 6 inches of written material
that they have presented and many names of witnesses. They have a considerable case to
present.
I do not know if you have taken into consideration that CWCB Board Members may ask
questions of all witnesses and probably will.
I am concerned that 1 -1/2 hours for CWCB deliberations is not adequate.
The most recent agenda that I received indicates that starting at 1:00 p.m. on July 23 it
is our intention to move on to other matters. What is your plan if we have an overrun of time on
the RICD matter?
Have you discussed the proposed schedule change with the Hearing Coordinator? Did
she give her approval?
