The Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the Water Referee are incorporated herein and <br />made a part of this decretal proportion of this decree. <br />17. The water right for 7.3 g.p.m. (0.0162 c.£s.) conditional and the siorage right for 0.613 acre <br />feet is approved and subject to the terms and conditions soofd s decree. <br />I. S.
