As <br />grounds therefor, Breckenridge states as follows: <br />1. The first sentence of the State's Opening 13ije in this case reads: "This case is part of a <br />trilogy of appeals before this Court." See State's Opening Brief at 1. The State then goes on to <br />name the three cases — this case (the Breckenridge Case), the Vail Case, and the Golden Case — <br />and provides them with a collective name: the "Whitewater Cases." a. at 1 -2.
