• <br />evidence, the water court in Division 5 found that whitewater features appear at 30 c.f.s. <br />Similarly, the Golden court found that whitewater features appear at 200 c.f.s. based upon the <br />similar testimony of Mr. Lacy (Exhibit F, attached to Opening Brief, p. 6).
