RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF
SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY
The Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "CWCB ") and the State and Division
Engineer (collectively "State ") respond to the Motion for Acceptance of Supplemental
Authority as follows:
1. The State objects to consideration of the offered Supplemental Authority.
2. Appellee the City of Golden ( "Golden ") seeks to have this court consider CWCB
findings made following a SB 216 hearing held July 22 and 23, 2002.
