3. The State Engineer is directed to administer this Ruling and Decree consistent with all of
the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Unclu without limitation the
provisions of paragraph 7.a1.
It is ORDERED that a copy of this Ruling and Decree shall be filed with the Division
Engineer for Water Division No. 6 and with the State Engineer.
