Phase 2 (GIS layers) will follow Develop methodology to track/administer ISF water rights within DWR's accounting system Prepare a report for publication that explains how the ISFs held by the Mark, Greg board protect the environment In coordination with the Water Supply Protection Program, begin the Anne, Jeff, Greg, Dan Ongoing process of preparing a map or other tool, based on a water division or watershed, that demonstrates that the board's instream flows are consistent with allowing water to cross the state's boundaries under interstate compacts. The map should also demonstrate that such flows need not impede the development of water delivered intrastate (when completed, such a map could be prepared for each basin or division and then updated annually).
