This effort involves many actions items that revolve round the continued development and support of decision support systems for the major basins — a decision support system that is always current and is useful to CWCB, SEO, water consultants, and others as necessary. Complete the RGDSS Andy Moore FY2002 Initiate implementation of the SPDSS and complete Ray Alvarado, Andy FY2010 Moore, Michelle Garrison, Carolyn Fritz Prepare the operation and maintenance plan for the CDSS (including how the New CDSS Annual Responsibility CRDSS, RGDSS and SPDSS will be transitioned into the CDSS; nature of coordinator community outreach and training; identification of CDSS applications — e.g., PBOs, identification of development water; evaluate "claimed" shortages and damages; etc. for Federal, State and Tribal issues — expansion of future demand modules; defining the schedule for the RGDSS, SPDSS and ADSS; inclusion of instream flow rights (in coordination with the SEO); negotiations with NFS and NPS related to federal water rights; and development of linkages to floodplain and drought management needs /planned developments) Evaluate and develop a funding strategy with respect to the use of construction Randy Seaholm and' FY2002 fund non - reimbursable dollars for ongoing DSS development and O &M.
