Policy Implementation <br />The Board and Board Staff will: <br />• Continue to support the statutory requirements which mandate CWCB <br />involvement in projects and programs <br />• Provide regulatory stability and support to water users and others <br />• Respond to requests for technical support from its customers �,✓'� <br />• Provide water planning tools to its customers <br />• Support State legislative and administrative requests <br />• Support existing and future water supply infrastructure project financing and lam <br />- <br />construction <br />• Reducing the risk of Colorado's citizens to weather related hazards, specifically /' All <br />flood and drought <br />• Provide general water related information to its customers <br />Pro ram Performance and Management <br />The Board and Board Staff will: <br />• Provide for adequate staff attraction and retention <br />• Produce high quality, useable products (through communication, teamwork, <br />timeliness, accountability and image) <br />• Maintain appropriate financial controls <br />• Continually develop means to leverage people, goodwill, and technology, and <br />utilize innovation to adapt to changing customer needs and demands. <br />Final <br />April 4, 2002 Page 5 of 5 <br />
