(4} <br />b.) DU has sought bids for construction of al] Project components <br />based on the Approved Design agrced upon by the Parties, and provided <br />contractor's bids to the Parties. The Parties have accepted the low bid. <br />c.) The Parties have jointly developed a Funding Schedule showing <br />the estimated cost of each component and how the funding sources <br />idenrified below will be allocated to meet the costs of those components. <br />The Funding Schedule describing the project components and esrimated <br />costs as of January 9, 2009, and showing amounts expended thmugh that • <br />date, the components on which such funds were expeaded, and the source <br />of the expended funds, is attached hereto as Appendix G. <br />Construction Funding: <br />a) The costs of design and construction of the HRWP will be provided as <br />follows and are also swumarized on the Funding Schedule in Appeadix G: <br />i.) DU (and SPRR) will contribute $46,273towards construcrion of <br />the HRWP, pursuant to Appendix E. Construction of the project shall <br />include all wsts for project scoping and development, survey and design, <br />and construction costs associated with DU staff and non-contract <br />personnel from the time of project establishment (12/04/20d6) as reflected <br />on Appendix G. <br />ii.) SPWRAP will contribute up to $100,000 towards conshuction of <br />the HRWP, pursuant to Appendix C. <br />� iii.) Earlier this year, pursuant to Appendix B, CWCB/CDNR <br />conhibuted $80,000 d'uectly to Lower for construction, engineering and <br />legal costs associated with the HWRP and these funds will be allocated <br />� according to the Funding Schedule. This $80,000 will be subject to the <br />terms and conditions set forth in the previovsly executed purchase order <br />and contract between the CWCB and Lower. <br />iv.) Pursuant to Appendix D, CWCB/CDNR will contribute up to <br />$148,692 for HWRP conshuction in addition to its previous contribution <br />of $80,000. This $148,692 will be subject to the teims and conditions set <br />forth in the previously executed purchase order and contract between DU <br />and the CWCB. <br />v.) Lower will contribute $53,501 towards construction of the HRWP. <br />$53,001 of this amount is from the NAWCA Small Grant Program already <br />acquired by Lower. <br />HRWP Project Specific Agr 1-21-09 <br />
