25. CHARGES FOR DELINQUENT PAYMENTS
3 ( ) The State shall be subject to interest, administrative, and penalty charges on delinquent
4 payr ients. If a payment is not received by the due date, the State shall pay an interest charge on
5 the c elinquent payment for each day the payment is delinquent beyond the due date. If a payment
6 becc mes 60 days delinquent, the State shall pay, in addition to the interest charge, an
7 adm nistrative charge to cover additional costs of billing and processing the delinquent payment.
