`} CWCB Loan Contract, the 2009 CWRPDA Loan Agreement, the 2011 CWRPDA Loan J Agreement and the resolutions authorizing the Prior Parity Obligations. "Prior Parity Obligations" means, collectively: (a) the 1999 CWCB Note; (b) the 2009 CWRPDA Bond; and (c) the 2011 CWRPDA Bond. "Project" is defined in Appendix 1 to the Loan Contract. "Reserve Account" means the debt service reserve account provided for in Section A.S.d. of the Loan Contract. "Resolution" means this Resolution, including any amendments properly made hereto. "Sewer System" means all of the District's wastewater facilities and properties, now owned or hereafter acquired, whether situated within or without the District boundaries, including all present or future improvements, extensions, enlargements, betterments, replacements, or additions thereof or thereto, which facilities and properties, along with the Water System, comprise the District's Water Activity Enterprise. "System" means the Water System and the Sewer System, collectively. "Town" means the Town of Georgetown, Colorado. �-� "Water Activity Law" means Title 37, Article 45. 1, C.R.S. "Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund" means, collectively, the funds of the Town designated as the "Water Fund" and the "Sewer Fund," previously established by the Town and reaffirmed by the provisions hereof. . "Water System" means all of the District's water facilities and properties, now owned or hereafter acquired, whether situated within or without the District boundaries, including all present or future improvements, extensions, enlargements, betterments, replacements, or additions thereof or thereto, which facilities and properties, along with the Sewer System, comprise the District's Water Activity Enterprise. "1999 CWCB Loan Contract" means the Loan Contract dated as of July, 1999 between the District and the CWCB pursuant to which the 1999 CWCB Note is issued. "2009 CWRPDA Loan Agreement" means the Loan Agreement dated as of September 22, 2009 between the District and the CWRPDA pursuant to which the 2009 CWRPDA Bond is issued. "2011 CWRPDA Loan Agreement" means the Loan Agreement dated as of May 19, 2011 between the District and the CWRPDA pursuant to which the 2011 CWRPDA Bond is issued. Section 2. Authorization. In accordance with the Charter, the Constitution of the State of Colorado, the Water Activity Law, and all applicable laws of the State of Colorado thereunto enabling, the Loan Contract and the Note are incorporated herein by reference and are hereby approved for the purpose of financing the costs of the Project.
