TIC has three outstanding loans with the CWCB dating back to 1982. (See <br />Appendix D) All three of these loans are in good standing with the CWCB. Our intent is to <br />consolidate these three loans plus an additional $1,000,000 to complete the Spillway <br />Replacement project into one loan. Two years of financial statements are included with this <br />application. (See Appendix E) <br />4 <br />
