1 <br />of .its stockholders only that certain ditch hereinafter <br />described now known as the North Delta Canal, to acquire by <br />or condemnation the right of way for said ditch as <br />hereinafter described, or as may hereafter be constructed, together <br />with extensions and enlargements thereof and laterals therefrom to <br />carry therein and distribute therefrom to the stockholders of <br />only, the water of the Gunnison River and Forked Tongue <br />, a tributary of the Gunnison River, and for the purpose of <br />catching up, conserving and distributing the waste water flowing <br />from the lands irrigated from said canal or main ditch and to <br />distribute said waste water to the shareholders of said Company, <br />and to do any and all things that may be incident or proper to the <br />atta nment of the aforesaid objects, or any of them. <br />The streams, channels or sources from which the water -to <br />supply the said canal or ditch is to be taken are the Gunnison <br />Rivet and Forked Tongue Creek. <br />The point or place at or near which the water is to be taken <br />out f the Gunnison River is at a point whence the corner to <br />3,4, 9 and 10 in Township 13 South of Range 94 West of the <br />Sixth Principal Meridian bears East 21 chains distant from, said <br />point the course of the ditch is as follows: South 460 00' West, <br />2.85 chains; South 70 045' West, 7.50 chains; South 830 West, 10.20 <br />chaff s; North 550 00' West 7.35 chains; North 160 30' West, 18 <br />6 <br />
