Gimbel <br />, CWCB Director <br />Re: River Sand Gate Structure Project <br />Contract Number C150288 <br />Dear Mr. Kembel: <br />I am pleased to inform you that on January 23, 2012 the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />approved your loan increase request for the River Sand Gate Structure Project. The Board <br />approved an increase of $18,153 ($17,973 for project costs and $180 for the 1% Loan Service <br />Fee). The Company's amended total loan amount will be $109,053 ($107,973 for project costs <br />and $1,080 for the 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan terms shall remain 30 years at an interest <br />rate of 2.50% per annum.
