The average <br />monthly consumptive use is set forth below in Table 2 below. <br />C. In the Acquisition Agreement, the Colorado Water Trust has reserved the <br />consumptive use portion of the Subject Water Rights for use downstream of the segments wherein <br />the Subject Water Rights will be used for instream flow purposes.
