I summarize them below and offer my recommendations:
4-80CW085 - Quartz Creek (N & M Quartz to Gol.d Creek) - Bratton
' wants us to reduce our flow amount, which is 10 cs.
In my conversat.ons with Water Commissioner John
Garber, he said Quartz Creek was a very productive
drai.nag and that water availability has never been a
problem. I recommend that we not clange our
appropriated amount in this case.
4-80CW087 - Lake Fork Gunn.son River (Sloan Lake to Cottonwod
y+ Creek'} -+Bratton+proposed that we lower the amount
approprited in this case. We applied for 18 cfs.
Wa.e.r Commissioner John Garber fe.t this amount was
r.eaonabl and tha availability was not a problem.
Y recatnmend that we not change our appropriation.
4-80CW092_ Slate_River (Poverty Gulch to Oh-Be-Joyful Creek) -
Bratton wants the Elow lowered Erom 15 cfs to 10
c:Es. The 15 cfs was arrived at as a result of
extensive negotiations with, and field work by Mt.
Fmmons Mining . :L see no need to change our
.
702
Divi.sion
,
,
