Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br /> claimed: <br /> The natural stream channel from U.S. Highway 285 at latitude 39°04' 19"N <br /> and longitude 105°58'28"W as the upstream terminus and extending to a <br /> point at approximately latitude 38 59'55"N and longitude 105°56'60"W, <br /> which corresponds with the South Section Line of Sec. 13,T12S,R77W,6th <br /> P.M.as the downstream terminus,being a distance of approximately 6.7 <br /> miles. This segment can be located on the Garo and Antero Reservoir <br /> U.S.G.S.quadrangles. <br /> For administrative purposes only: <br /> Upper Terminus= <br /> SW SW SEC 23 TWN 11S RNG 77W 6PM <br /> 4710' South of the North Section Line <br /> 4700' West of the East Section Line <br /> Lower Terminus= <br /> South Section Line of S13,T12S,R77W, 6PM <br /> 0'North of the South Section Line <br /> 1945' West of the East Section Line <br /> 5. Use of water: <br /> Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> 6. Date of initiation of appropriation: January 23,2002. <br /> 7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on or before <br /> January 23,2002,by action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> under the provision of C.R.S. § § 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4), (10). <br /> 8.
