Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br />claimed: <br />a. The natural stream channel from the confluence with Little Gunnison <br />Creek at latitude 38° 51' 47" N and longitude 107° 19' 41" W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with Anthracite <br />Creek at latitude 38° 55' 37" N and longitude 107° 20' 27" W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 4.8 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Paonia Reservoir and West <br />Beckwith Peak U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br />b. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 25, 2005, <br />by the action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provisions of C.R.S. <br />§ § 37- 92- 102(3) and 37- 92- 103(3), (4) and (10). <br />8. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 21 cfs (Feb. 15 <br />— Mar. 31); 39 cfs (Apr. 1— July 14); 21 cfs (July 15 -Nov. 14); and 18 cfs (Nov. 15 — <br />Feb. 14). <br />
