Match hours are responsibility of individual agency, except for task 3 which is joint responsibility of Greeley and Fort Collins through separate contracts.
Task 1: Develop the SVP operational model, including the analysis of hydrologic conditions, project water rights, and reservoir operations.
a) compile and collect data associated with water rights, water operations and hydrologic components,
b) manipulate that data and then translate it into the SVP model,
c) share the SVP model with other project participants through a series of finro workshops to first collaboratively agree upon the model and
d) develop alternatives and assess alternatives by running series of operational and flow scenarios through the model to analyze and document
potential project outcomes from both consumptive and non-consumptive needs.
Task 2: Develop the ecological and biological targets for integration into the SVP Model.
a) compile and collect data associated with ecological and biological criteria and ecological flows,
b) manipulate that data and then translate it into the SVP model,
c) share the SVP model with other project participants through a series of two workshops to first collaboratively agree upon the model and
d) develop alternatives and assess altematives by running series of operational and flow scenarios through the model to analyze and document
potential project outcomes from both consumptive and non-consumptive needs.
Task 3: Oversee and manage the development of the SVP model and facilitate the SVP planning process.
a) work with project participants and act to facilitate the SVP process,
b) assist with development of the SVP model and alternatives assessment via scenario runs of the model,
c) organize and administer two model development workshops,
d) provide oversight to ensure completion of the SVP process, and
e) development of a functional and collaborative model that is accepted by all project participants.
