Time of performance. The GRANTEE recognizes t fore I he GRANTEE shall complete <br />performance o f i ts o b liga t i o n s u n d e r t h i s c o n t r a c t. T h e r e , <br />the PR O J E C T wi t h i n fi n ro (2) years from the effective date of this contract. <br />3. Disbursement of funds. The CWCB s ha l l dis bu r s e f u n d s t o t h e G R A N T E E u p to <br />$288,000.00 of the PROJECT costs in the following manner. <br />a. Statement of costs. Upon receipt and approval by the CWCB of each such <br />statement of costs, the CWCB will, within 30 days { o such aortion thereof as has been <br />pay to t he G R A N T E E t h e a m o u n t o f t h e s t a t e m e n p <br />approved by the CWCB. <br />4. Return of Unused Funds. Any funds disbursed itted to the CWCB within 30ldays of <br />accordance with the terms of this Contract shall be rem <br />either (1) completion of the Project, or (2) upon termination of the Project by the CWCB in <br />accordance with Paragraph 6 herein. <br />5. Provision of PROJECT results to CWCB. Termination of contract for cause.
