Ilydrosphere has used the CRAM modclinR system to rni�cicl numerous river basins <br />including che Blue, Gunnison, Salt, and Colorado rivers over thc past fivc years. CRAM runs on an IIIM <br />personal camputcr under MS-DOS. <br />Dclivcrablcs <br />As described above the deliverable Crom this phase will be a specification describing how che <br />planninR and accouneinR models wnll work ar�d how they will be appli�d hy thc respective panics.
