This refers to the above-referenced agreement between Grand Mesa Reservoir Company
(Company) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), dated December 15, 2003, as
amended. The Loan Contract has been de-authorized because the Company did not take any
monetary disbursements. Therefore, the following documents are enclosed for your handling:
1. The original Loan Contract, dated December 15, 2003, as amended, stamped "VOID".
2. Copy of the Request for Full Release of Deed of Trust and Release filed in Mesa County
on July 22, 2011.
3. The original Deed of Trust recorded in Mesa County an February 17, 2004 (Appendix 5
to Loan Contract C 150157).
4. The original Promissory Note stamped `VOID" (Appendix 2 to Loan Contract C150157).
5. Copy of the UCC Financing Statement filed February 20, 2004, which has expired.
