Grand Mesa Reservoir #1, situated on U. S. Forest Service property with a perpetual
easement dated December 21, 1888 (filed in Mesa County, Colorado, Book 23, Page 360),
located in Section 15, Township 12 South, Range 96 West, 6�' P.M., Mesa County,
Colorado, together with all improvements including a reservoir with a capacity of
approximately 559 acre-feet, easements, rights-of-way and all other structures, appliances,
fixtures and any other property used in connection with the operation of said structures and
access to said structures, and all water rights associated with said resenroir including 780
acre-feet with decree date of June 1, 1916, and appropriation date of August 1, 1887.

Grand Mesa Reservoir #9, situated on U. S. Forest Service property and operated by the
Grantor under Special Use Permit application filed November 7, 1968, located in the SE/4 of
Section 1 and NE/4 of Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 96 West, 6�' P.M., Mesa
County, Colorado, together with all improvements including a reservoir with a capacity of
approximately 153 acre-feet, easements, rights-of-way and all other structures, appliances,
fixtures and any other property used in connection with the operation of said structures and
access to said structures, and all water rights associated with said reservoir, including 332
acre-feet with decree date of June 1, 1916 and appropriation date of December 31, 1904.
